Birmingham, September 2026: Aspiring overseas homeowners and anyone considering a new life abroad will have the chance to turn their property dreams into reality when A Place in the Sun Live arrives at Birmingham’s NEC from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 September.

The official exhibition of the popular Channel 4 television programme will give visitors the opportunity to explore thousands of properties across the globe, meet international estate agents and developers, and get practical advice on everything from buying and financing a property overseas to tax, legal requirements, currency, visas and relocation.

With more than 90 companies and specialists representing 15+ countries, the event brings together an extraordinary range of overseas property opportunities in one place.
