SINS Brings a Dark New Immersive Theatre Experience to Birmingham

The Old Rep Theatre welcomes SINS for two performances on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th February 2027, bringing audiences a gripping psychological experience where their decisions could determine who lives or dies.

Birmingham audiences are invited to step into the unsettling world of SINS, an immersive theatrical experience blending psychological tension, cinematic storytelling and live audience interaction, arriving at The Old Rep Theatre for two performances on 12th and 13th February 2027.

At the centre of the experience stands a mysterious masked figure known only as The Examiner.
Before him sit seven individuals, each representing one of the Seven Deadly Sins: Lust. Gluttony. Greed. Sloth. Wrath. Pride. Envy.

As their stories unfold through live performance, CCTV footage, leaked videos, phone recordings and disturbing fragments of evidence, the audience is drawn directly into the process of judgement itself.

Using their own mobile devices throughout the show, audience members participate in live trials, interactive challenges, moral dilemmas and real-time verdicts that directly influence the experience unfolding around them.

No one sees what you choose.
No one knows how you voted.
But every decision has consequences.

Blending the intrigue of true crime, the intensity of psychological thrillers and the possibilities of interactive technology, SINS challenges the traditional boundaries of live theatre, placing the power of judgement directly into the hands of its audience.

With seven lives hanging in the balance, the question is no longer simply what happens next, but what the audience is prepared to do when the decision is theirs.

SINS comes to The Old Rep Theatre, Station Street, Birmingham, on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th February 2027.
