Longbridge Factory Unit Destroyed in Fire

A Longbridge factory unit currently occupied by a tyre company has been badly damaged in a fire which began around 10:30pm on Wednesday 10th September 2025.  Fourteen appliances including hydraulic platforms and a drone unit quickly attended the fire after being alerted by residents.

Currently there are three appliances still on site with firefighters making the site safe before any assessments can be made.

There have been no reported casualties or injuries at this time.  A cause has yet to be established.
